Log date, time, amount and injection site in seconds; a rotation hint suggests the next site so you vary consistently. Review your 30-day logging rate, day streak and taken versus missed per compound.
The reconstitution calculator does the measurement math: enter vial amount, bacteriostatic water and target dose to see concentration, volume, syringe units and doses per vial. Your data stays on your device.

- No. You enter your own protocol; the app only schedules, logs and does measurement math on the numbers you provide. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
- What does the calculator do?
- Measurement math only: from vial amount (mg), bacteriostatic water (mL) and target dose it computes concentration, draw volume, syringe units and doses per vial.
- Is my data private?
- Yes, your data stays on your device. No account, no cloud.
